At six in the evening, the seminarians and the lay people celebrated the Solemn Vespers for the Fifth Sunday of Lent, presided over by Rev. Fr. Xavier Amoroso, formator at the Holy Rosary Major Seminary. Before the end of the celebration, a representative of the national welcoming committee read a decree from the Vatican granting plenary indulgence to whoever participates in the Rites involving the relic of St. Therese, provided that they fulfill the conditions which include availing the Sacrament of Penance, attending the Eucharist and receiving the communion and praying for the intention of the Holy Father, Pope Francis.
